What does the indicative rate per square metre include?
Our indicative rates (Octonorm from ₹350/sq m, modular from ₹1,000/sq m, custom designer stalls from ₹8,000/sq m) cover the stand build. Graphics, AV, furniture hire, venue power, freight to distant cities and storage are itemised separately so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
Why do two quotes for the same stand size differ so much?
Usually because of materials and scope. Solid carpentry with laminates and paint, backlit fabric, raised flooring, storage rooms and meeting spaces all add cost. Compare quotes line by line — ours list every item so a like-for-like comparison is easy.
Is a modular stand cheaper than a custom stand?
For a single show a modular stand is usually cheaper and faster to build. If you exhibit several times a year, a modular kit with changeable graphics often costs less over the year than building a new custom stand each time.

Yes. Typically an advance on design approval releases fabrication, with the balance tied to installation milestones. Exact terms are written into your quotation so there are no surprises.
