Exhibition Stall Fabrication
Your Design, Built Right — In Our Own Workshops.
In short
Exhibition stall fabrication is the workshop production and on-site assembly of a stand’s structure, joinery, finishes, graphics and electricals from approved drawings. Management Touch fabricates stalls for brands and design agencies at its own units in Greater Noida West and Bhiwandi, then transports, installs and dismantles them at venues across India.

Fabrication-only or design-and-build
Some clients come to us with a complete design from their agency or overseas head office and need a reliable team to build it in India. Others want us to handle the whole project. We support both. For fabrication-only projects, we review your drawings, flag anything that will not work at the venue or within the budget, propose equivalent Indian materials where the specification calls for imported ones, and issue shop drawings for your sign-off. For full projects, see our custom exhibition stand service.
Inside our fabrication units
We run two fabrication units: Unit 1 at Bisrakh Jalalpur, Greater Noida West, serving Delhi NCR and North India, and Unit 2 at Bhiwandi, Maharashtra, serving Mumbai and West India. Owning the workshop matters because it controls three things that decide how a stand looks on opening day:
- Carpentry and joinery — plywood and MDF structures, curved walls, counters, display plinths and storage rooms cut and assembled to shop drawings.
- Finishing — laminates, veneers, PU and duco paint finishes applied and cured in a controlled environment rather than on a dusty show floor.
- Metal and aluminium work — MS frames for load-bearing elements, aluminium profiles for SEG fabric frames and light boxes.
- Electrical pre-wiring — LED strips, track lights, spotlights and screen mounts wired and tested before dispatch.
- Trial assembly — the stand is put together in the workshop, checked, labelled, broken down and packed for transport.
On-site installation and dismantling
Most Indian venues give exhibitors a build-up window of two to four days, and heavy vehicles, power and material entry are tightly controlled. Because our stands are pre-built, site work is mainly assembly, graphic installation and touch-up finishing. Our site supervisor manages the labour team, liaises with hall managers and the organiser’s electrical contractor, and completes the snag list before handover. After the show, we dismantle within the breakdown window and clear the space so you avoid penalties from the organiser.
Quality checks and what affects cost
Every stand passes a workshop checklist: dimensions against drawings, joint strength, edge finishing, paint consistency, graphic colour against approved proofs, and electrical load. Fabrication cost is driven by the quantity of timber and finishes, the complexity of curves and cut-outs, metalwork, graphic area, lighting, freight distance and the number of site days. We share itemised quotations, so an agency can pass costs to its client clearly. Where you exhibit repeatedly, reusable modular components can be built into the structure, and upper-floor structures are handled under our double decker process.
For design agencies, we work as a white-label production partner: our site team follows your client-facing protocols, and progress photographs from the workshop are shared at agreed milestones so you can approve finishes before dispatch. For brands exhibiting in more than one city in a season, we can fabricate once and move the stand between venues, refreshing graphics and finishes in between. Send your drawings or brief through the get a quote page for a fabrication estimate.

Production drawings, structural details for double-deckers, electrical loads and organiser or landlord submissions are prepared and cleared before a single panel is cut.
-
In-house fabrication
Carpentry, metalwork, paint, laminates and graphics are produced at our Greater Noida West and Bhiwandi units, then pre-assembled and checked before dispatch.

Handover, support & dismantling
We hand over a snag-free space, stay on call during the show or first weeks of occupation, and dismantle, store or reuse components afterwards.
FAQs
Exhibition Stall Fabrication: common questions
Can you fabricate a stand designed by our own agency?
Yes. We regularly fabricate stands from designs supplied by brands, design agencies and overseas head offices. We review the drawings, flag anything that may not suit the venue or budget, propose equivalent materials where needed, and issue shop drawings for sign-off before production begins.
Where are your exhibition stalls fabricated?
Our stalls are fabricated at two units we operate ourselves: Unit 1 at Bisrakh Jalalpur, Greater Noida West, serving Delhi NCR and North India, and Unit 2 at Bhiwandi, Maharashtra, serving Mumbai and West India. Owning the workshops gives us direct control over material quality, finishing and delivery dates.
How long does exhibition stall fabrication take?
Fabrication time depends on stand size, finishes and complexity, which is why we recommend confirming custom stalls six to eight weeks before the show. This covers shop drawings, approvals, workshop production, trial assembly and transport. Urgent and last-minute projects can be fast-tracked, subject to feasibility.
What materials do you use for stall fabrication?
Most stalls use plywood and MDF structures finished in laminate, veneer or PU paint, with MS frames for load-bearing elements and aluminium profiles for backlit fabric light boxes. Flooring is typically a raised platform with carpet or vinyl. Graphics use printed vinyl, SEG fabric and acrylic or metal lettering, with LED lighting pre-wired in the workshop.
How is the fabrication cost calculated?
Fabrication cost depends on stand size, the quantity of structure and finishes, curves and cut-outs, metalwork, graphic area, lighting and AV, freight distance, venue regulations and the number of site days. We provide transparent, itemised quotations, so brands and agencies can see each cost clearly and adjust scope where needed.
