What we set up
Corporate events live or die on how the space looks and how smoothly it runs. We focus on the physical build and on-ground execution, working with your internal team or event agency:
- Stages and backdrops — raised stages, fascia, LED wall frames, printed or backlit backdrops and podiums.
- Product launch sets — reveal structures, product plinths, photo walls and branded entry arches.

How we manage an event build
Events have the least forgiving deadlines of any project we do: the venue is often available only hours before guests arrive. We plan backwards from the event time. After a brief and site recce, we produce a 3D visual of the set and a detailed production list. Stage elements and sets are fabricated and pre-assembled at our workshops, so on the day the crew assembles, dresses and lights rather than builds. A single event lead coordinates with the venue’s operations team, your AV and sound vendors, security and catering on load-in timing, power and access. After the event, we dismantle within the venue’s load-out window and leave the space clean.
Hotels, convention centres and banquet halls each have their own rules: fire-retardant material declarations, restrictions on drilling or fixing to walls, lift and loading-bay slots, and electrical load limits. We clarify these during the recce and design within them, so there are no last-minute objections from the venue on the day.
Materials and technical elements
Event sets use lightweight, quick-to-assemble construction: plywood and MDF panels on timber or metal frames, aluminium truss, and fabric or flex backdrops. Stage decks are built on steel frames with carpet or vinyl tops and proper edge finishing, steps and railings where needed. Backlit fabric and LED walls deliver high-impact visuals with little set-up time. Where the event includes technology — LED walls, projection, interactive screens — we build the structure, mounting and cable routes into the set design so screens are safely supported and cables are hidden.
Budget and planning time
Event costs depend on the scale of the stage and set, the amount of backlit or LED elements, venue branding quantity, the number of venues or cities, and the time available for set-up. Tight venue windows may need larger crews or night work. We recommend engaging us three to four weeks before the event for most corporate setups, though shorter timelines are possible depending on scope. Quotations are transparent and itemised.

Brief & site/stand survey
