General
What exhibition services does Management Touch provide?
Management Touch offers complete turnkey exhibition solutions: stall design, 3D visualisation, fabrication, logistics, on-site installation, dismantling and project management. The whole process, from concept to show completion, is managed by one experienced team.
How far in advance should we book an exhibition stall?
We recommend booking 6–8 weeks in advance for custom exhibition stalls. Our execution team can also handle short-timeline and urgent projects, depending on stall size and the event location.
What if we don't have a design idea for our stall?
That is no problem. Our design team develops concepts from scratch based on your brand, objectives, products and target audience, and shares layouts, 3D renders and material suggestions before execution begins.
Do you work only in one city?
No. Management Touch executes projects across India — Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata and more — from fabrication units in Greater Noida West and Bhiwandi, coordinating logistics and on-ground teams as required.
Can you manage last-minute exhibition requirements?
Yes. Subject to feasibility, we take on urgent and last-minute exhibition projects with streamlined coordination and fast-track execution, often using modular systems to save build time.
Do you offer turnkey interior solutions?
Yes. We specialise in complete turnkey interiors — design, execution, vendor coordination, site supervision and timely delivery — with one point of responsibility for the whole project.
Do you design dental clinic interiors?
Yes. We design and build dental clinic interiors around clinical workflow, hygiene standards, patient comfort and brand presentation, including customised dental cabinetry and trolleys made in our own workshop.
How is pricing decided?
Pricing depends on size, design complexity, materials, location, venue or building regulations and timelines. You receive a transparent, itemised quotation with no hidden costs before any work starts.
Pricing
What does the indicative rate per square metre include?
Our indicative rates (Octonorm from ₹350/sq m, modular from ₹1,000/sq m, custom designer stalls from ₹8,000/sq m) cover the stand build. Graphics, AV, furniture hire, venue power, freight to distant cities and storage are itemised separately so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
Why do two quotes for the same stand size differ so much?
Usually because of materials and scope. Solid carpentry with laminates and paint, backlit fabric, raised flooring, storage rooms and meeting spaces all add cost. Compare quotes line by line — ours list every item so a like-for-like comparison is easy.
Is a modular stand cheaper than a custom stand?
For a single show a modular stand is usually cheaper and faster to build. If you exhibit several times a year, a modular kit with changeable graphics often costs less over the year than building a new custom stand each time.
Do you ask for an advance payment?
Yes. Typically an advance on design approval releases fabrication, with the balance tied to installation milestones. Exact terms are written into your quotation so there are no surprises.
Custom Exhibition Stands
How much does a custom exhibition stand cost?
The cost of a custom exhibition stand depends on stand size, number of open sides, design complexity, materials, graphics, lighting, AV, furniture, venue requirements and timeline. As an indicative guide, designer and custom stalls start from around ₹8,000 per square metre onward. We provide transparent, itemised quotations with no hidden costs once we have your floor plan and brief.
How far in advance should we book a custom exhibition stand?
We recommend booking six to eight weeks before the show for a custom exhibition stand. That allows time for concept development, design revisions, organiser approvals, fabrication and logistics. Our execution team can also handle short-timeline and urgent projects, subject to stand size and event location.
What if we do not have a design idea for our stand?
That is not a problem — most clients come to us with a brief rather than a design. Our design team develops concepts from scratch based on your brand, objectives, products and target visitors. We provide layouts, 3D renders and material suggestions for your approval before execution begins.
Exhibition Stall Fabrication
Can you fabricate a stand designed by our own agency?
Yes. We regularly fabricate stands from designs supplied by brands, design agencies and overseas head offices. We review the drawings, flag anything that may not suit the venue or budget, propose equivalent materials where needed, and issue shop drawings for sign-off before production begins.
Where are your exhibition stalls fabricated?
Our stalls are fabricated at two units we operate ourselves: Unit 1 at Bisrakh Jalalpur, Greater Noida West, serving Delhi NCR and North India, and Unit 2 at Bhiwandi, Maharashtra, serving Mumbai and West India. Owning the workshops gives us direct control over material quality, finishing and delivery dates.
How long does exhibition stall fabrication take?
Fabrication time depends on stand size, finishes and complexity, which is why we recommend confirming custom stalls six to eight weeks before the show. This covers shop drawings, approvals, workshop production, trial assembly and transport. Urgent and last-minute projects can be fast-tracked, subject to feasibility.
Double Decker Exhibition Stands
What is a double decker exhibition stand?
A double decker exhibition stand is a two-storey exhibition structure that creates additional usable space within your allocated floor area. The upper level is typically used for meeting rooms, VIP hospitality, offices or storage, keeping the ground floor free for products, demos and visitor traffic.
Is a double decker stand safe?
Yes, when it is designed and built to structural, venue and safety requirements. Double decker stands need structural drawings, load calculations and, where the organiser requires it, a stability certificate from a qualified structural engineer. Management Touch coordinates this process, along with handrails, anti-slip stairs and fire-retardant finishes.
Do double decker stands need venue approval?
Yes. Most organisers require structural drawings and approval before a double decker stand can be built, and some halls or stand sizes do not permit two-storey structures at all. We check the exhibitor manual first, confirm feasibility, and prepare the submission documents within the organiser’s deadline.
Modular Exhibition Stands
What are modular exhibition stands?
Modular exhibition stands are flexible systems made from reusable components — aluminium frames, panels, fabric graphics, counters and lighting — that can be configured for different stand sizes, layouts and events. The structure is reused while graphics are changed for each campaign or show.
How much does a modular exhibition stand cost?
Modular exhibition stands start from around ₹1,000 per square metre onward as an indicative rate. The final cost depends on stand size, backlit versus printed graphics, custom elements, furniture, lighting and freight. Because the frame is reused, the cost per show falls as you exhibit more often.
Can a modular exhibition stand be customised?
Yes. Modular stands can be customised with your brand colours, graphics, lighting, furniture, product displays and storage. We can also combine the modular frame with custom joinery pieces, such as a feature counter or branded arch, for a more distinctive look.
Country & State Pavilions
What is a country pavilion?
A country pavilion is a large exhibition space that brings multiple companies, organisations or government bodies together under one national identity and design concept. State pavilions work the same way for a state government or regional industry body, combining shared branding with individual exhibitor booths.
Does Management Touch handle complete pavilion projects?
Yes. We provide end-to-end country and state pavilion services, including master layout, design, national branding, fabrication, exhibitor booth fit-out, installation and dismantling. We also coordinate artwork, product lists and power requirements from each participating exhibitor.
Can a pavilion accommodate many exhibitors?
Yes. We design dedicated exhibitor booths with uniform counters, graphics, storage and lighting, plus individual name boards, while keeping a cohesive pavilion layout and national identity. Common areas such as reception, B2B meeting rooms, VIP lounges and presentation zones can be included.
Octonorm & Shell Scheme Stalls
What is an Octonorm stall?
An Octonorm stall is a standard exhibition booth built from an aluminium system of vertical poles, horizontal beams and white laminated panels. It is widely used for shell scheme stands at Indian exhibitions because it is quick to install, reusable and economical.
How much does an Octonorm stall cost?
Octonorm stalls start from around ₹350 per square metre onward as an indicative rate. The final cost depends on stall size, the area of branding graphics, backlit panels, additional furniture and lighting. We provide an itemised quotation so you can choose exactly which upgrades you need.
What is usually included in a shell scheme stall?
A shell scheme stall usually includes side and back walls, a fascia board with your company name, spotlights, a power socket, carpet, an information counter, chairs and a waste bin. Exact inclusions vary by organiser, so we check the exhibitor manual and suggest upgrades accordingly.
Interior Design & Turnkey Fit-Out
Do you offer turnkey interior solutions?
Yes. We specialise in complete turnkey interior solutions, managing everything from design to execution, vendor coordination, site supervision and timely delivery under one point of responsibility. That includes space planning, 3D design, civil work, electricals, ceilings, flooring, furniture and finishing.
What type of interior projects does Management Touch handle?
Management Touch handles corporate offices, commercial spaces, dental and healthcare clinics, retail stores, showrooms, cafés, training centres and residences. Past work includes a corporate office in Noida, the Smile Craft Dental Care clinic and an interior for Burlington English.
How is the cost of an interior project decided?
Interior cost depends on area, the condition of the existing site, the extent of civil and MEP work, furniture quantity, and the materials and finishes chosen. We prepare a detailed, itemised bill of quantities after the design stage, so you can see the cost of each element and adjust scope before work begins.
Office Interiors
How long does an office interior fit-out take?
The timeline for an office fit-out depends on area, whether the space is bare shell or partly fitted, the extent of civil and HVAC work, furniture quantity and building permissions. We share a week-by-week schedule with the quotation, so the completion date is agreed before work starts.
Can you renovate our office while we keep working?
Yes. For occupied offices, we phase work section by section or schedule it over evenings and weekends, with dust barriers and protection for finished areas. Noisy work is planned within the hours your building permits, so your team can continue working through the renovation.
Do you make office workstations and furniture?
Yes. Workstations, storage, reception counters, conference tables and cabin furniture are made to measure at our own workshops in Greater Noida West and Bhiwandi. Custom furniture fits the layout exactly and includes integrated wire management, pedestals and modesty panels to suit your team.
Dental & Healthcare Clinic Interiors
Do you specialise in dental clinic interiors?
Yes. We design dental clinic interiors that support clinical workflow, hygiene standards, patient comfort and brand presentation, ensuring both functional efficiency and a calming environment. Our work includes the Smile Craft Dental Care clinic, delivered turnkey from design to handover.
Can you design a dental clinic from scratch?
Yes. We start from a bare space and plan the doctor–patient workflow, ensuring smooth movement between reception, waiting area, consultation, treatment rooms, X-ray, sterilisation and storage zones. We then coordinate chair services, cabinetry, lighting and finishes through to handover.
Which materials are best for a dental clinic?
The best dental clinic materials are easy to disinfect, durable and moisture-resistant. We commonly use anti-bacterial laminates, solid-surface or quartz countertops, seamless vinyl or epoxy flooring, scratch-resistant wall panels and moisture-resistant plywood for cabinets near sinks and wet areas.
Retail, Showroom & Hospitality Interiors
What types of retail and hospitality spaces do you design?
We design and build retail stores, brand showrooms, experience centres, cafés and lounges. Each project includes layout planning, display fixtures, lighting, signage, ceilings, flooring and services, delivered turnkey from design through to opening day by one accountable team.
Can you work within mall fit-out guidelines?
Yes. We prepare the submission drawings malls require, follow their fit-out guidelines and working hours, and coordinate with mall operations on material movement and inspections. This protects your security deposit and helps you open within the fit-out period.
Do you make custom retail display fixtures?
Yes. Wall bays, gondolas, display tables, showcases, plinths and cash counters are made at our own workshops in high-pressure laminates, PU finishes, metal and toughened glass. Fixtures are designed so graphics and product inserts can be changed each season without rebuilding.
Customised Furniture
What customised furniture do you make?
We make office workstations, conference tables, storage, reception counters, clinic cabinetry, retail fixtures, café counters and seating, exhibition furniture and residential joinery such as wardrobes and kitchens. Every piece is designed and built to the exact dimensions and finish of your space.
Where is your furniture manufactured?
Our furniture is manufactured at our own workshops in Bisrakh Jalalpur, Greater Noida West, and Bhiwandi, Maharashtra. Producing in a workshop rather than on site gives cleaner finishes, less dust and noise at your premises, and faster installation by our own carpenters.
Which materials do you use for custom furniture?
Custom furniture carcasses are usually commercial or BWR-grade plywood, with MDF where a smooth painted finish is needed and moisture-resistant boards in wet areas. Finishes include laminates, acrylic, veneer with PU polish, duco paint and upholstery, with soft-close and heavy-duty hardware chosen to match daily use.
Civil Work & Renovation
What civil work do you handle?
We handle demolition, masonry and dry-wall partitions, plastering and surface preparation, waterproofing, flooring and tiling, plumbing and sanitary work, and repairs. Civil work can be taken as a standalone package or as part of a turnkey interior project.
Do you carry out renovation in occupied buildings?
Yes. We plan dust barriers, protect lifts and finished areas, schedule noisy demolition within the hours the building allows and remove debris regularly. In commercial towers and malls, we prepare the method statements and drawings building management needs before starting.
Can you remove or alter walls?
Yes, with the right checks. Non-structural walls and partitions can be removed or rebuilt to suit a new layout. Any change to load-bearing walls, columns or slabs is referred to a qualified structural engineer before work proceeds, and building approvals are obtained where required.
Event Setups & Management
What kinds of event setups do you build?
We build stages and backdrops, product launch sets, conference and dealer meet setups, brand activations and kiosks, award night sets and venue branding. We manage 3D visuals, fabrication, installation, on-ground coordination and dismantling under one team, working directly with your company or event agency.
How early should we book an event setup?
We recommend engaging us three to four weeks before a corporate event. That allows time for a site recce, 3D visuals, approvals and workshop fabrication. Shorter timelines are possible depending on scope, and we handle urgent requirements subject to feasibility.
How do you manage short venue set-up windows?
We fabricate and pre-assemble stages and sets at our workshops, so on event day the crew only assembles, dresses and lights the set. A single event lead coordinates load-in timing, power and access with the venue, AV vendors and your team, with round-the-clock support during set-up and show days.
Brand Fit-Out & Signage
What are brand fit-out and signage solutions?
Brand fit-out and signage solutions combine interior design, brand integration and execution to create spaces that reflect brand identity. They include wall graphics, backlit displays, 3D letters, fascia signage, wayfinding and branded fixtures across offices, stores, clinics, exhibitions and events.
Can you work with our existing brand guidelines?
Absolutely. We follow your brand manuals, colour palettes and visual standards while adapting them to physical spaces, considering scale, viewing distance, lighting and material. Every print is colour-proofed against approved references before production, so your brand looks consistent across every location.
Which spaces are suitable for branding and fit-out?
Our branding services are ideal for corporate offices, retail stores, showrooms, healthcare facilities, experience centres, exhibitions and conference venues. We also handle multi-location rollouts for branches, dealer outlets and clinics using a standard signage kit.
