Exhibition stands & interiors in Las Vegas
In short
Management Touch supports Indian and international exhibitors at Las Vegas trade shows such as CES and NAB Show. We design the stand and 3D concept in Delhi NCR, manage organiser and venue paperwork, plan production and logistics, and supervise build-up and dismantling while working within the venue's labour rules.

Trade show stands in Las Vegas
Las Vegas runs one of the busiest convention calendars in the world. CES fills the Las Vegas Convention Center and Venetian Expo every January with consumer technology, while NAB Show brings broadcast, media and content-creation companies to the convention centre each spring, and the SEMA Show covers the automotive aftermarket. For Indian electronics, software, auto-component and media-technology companies, a single Las Vegas show can put them in front of North American distributors and buyers in one week.
Things to know before you commit
US venues work differently from most Indian exhibition grounds. Tasks on the show floor such as installation, rigging, electrical work and material handling are often reserved for designated labour under venue and show rules, and these services are ordered through the official service contractor. Material handling, usually called drayage, is charged separately and can be a large line item for heavy stands. Exhibitor-appointed contractors normally have to be notified to the organiser in advance, with insurance certificates.
Timing matters too. A January show like CES means planning runs through the Indian festive season, and the US holiday period affects shipping and approvals. Electrical, internet, rigging and cleaning orders carry early-bird deadlines, after which costs rise.
How we support you
Management Touch prepares a stand design that respects the show's height, sightline and island-booth rules, and produces the 3D visuals and technical drawings needed for approval. We help you work out which services must be ordered through the official contractor, build a realistic production and logistics plan, and supervise on site during build-up and dismantling so installation follows the approved plan.
Options include custom stands for Las Vegas shows, reusable modular systems for companies exhibiting at several US events, and inline booth upgrades. Where the show permits multi-level booths, ask about double-decker stands. Read more about our production and fabrication planning.

FAQs
Working with us in Las Vegas
How far ahead should we plan for CES or another Las Vegas show?
We suggest beginning 10–12 weeks before the show at the very least, and earlier for January events such as CES, because planning overlaps with Indian and US holiday periods. Starting early also lets you place electrical, rigging and other service orders before early-bird deadlines pass, which helps control costs.
How do venue labour rules affect our Las Vegas booth?
They decide who can perform certain work on the show floor. At many Las Vegas shows, tasks like electrical connections, rigging and material handling are carried out by designated labour and ordered through the official contractor. We help you understand these rules, budget for them and plan the build so it fits within them.
What does your service cover for a Las Vegas exhibition?
We cover booth concept and 3D design, drawings for show approval, guidance on official service orders, production planning, logistics coordination and on-site supervision during build-up and dismantling. Graphics, AV and furniture can be added. Show-service charges such as drayage and venue labour are usually billed by the official contractor.
