In-house fabrication units in Greater Noida West & Bhiwandi (Mumbai)

How we work

From brief to handover, one accountable team.

In short

Every Management Touch project follows six steps — brief, 3D concept and itemised quote, engineering and approvals, in-house fabrication, installation, and handover with support — managed by a single project manager so nothing is lost between design and build.

  1. Step 1: Brief & site/stand survey

We understand your objectives, audience, budget and deadline, study the organiser manual or site conditions, and confirm the measurements that everything else depends on.

    What you share

Objectives, show or site details, organiser manual, budget range, deadline, brand guidelines.

    What you get

A clear brief summary and a realistic plan of what is possible in your time and budget.

  2. Step 2: 3D concept & itemised quote

Our in-house designers produce layouts and photo-realistic 3D views with a line-by-line quotation — materials, graphics, AV, furniture — so you approve exactly what will be built.

    What you share

Feedback on the concept, any product or AV lists, preferred finishes.

    What you get

Layouts, photo-real 3D views and a line-by-line quotation to approve.

  3. Step 3: Engineering & approvals

Production drawings, structural details for double-deckers, electrical loads and organiser or landlord submissions are prepared and cleared before a single panel is cut.

    What we handle

Production drawings, structural details, electrical loads, organiser or landlord submissions.

    What you get

Approvals cleared before fabrication starts — no last-minute redesigns.

  4. Step 4: In-house fabrication

Carpentry, metalwork, paint, laminates and graphics are produced at our Greater Noida West and Bhiwandi units, then pre-assembled and checked before dispatch.

    What we handle

Carpentry, metalwork, paint, laminates, graphics and furniture in our own units.

    What you get

    A pre-assembled, quality-checked build — ready to install fast.

  5. Step 5: Logistics & installation

Our own crew transports, installs, wires and finishes on site under one supervisor, working to the venue build-up window or your site schedule.

    What we handle

Packing, transport, on-site assembly, wiring, lighting and AV set-up.

    What you get

A finished space inside the venue build-up window or site schedule.

  6. Step 6: Handover, support & dismantling

We hand over a snag-free space, stay on call during the show or first weeks of occupation, and dismantle, store or reuse components afterwards.

    What we handle

Snag list, on-call support during the show or occupation, dismantling and storage.

    What you get

A clean handover, and reusable components where it makes sense.
