In short

Management Touch plans and supervises exhibition stands for Abu Dhabi trade shows, including energy, defence and government-led events at ADNEC. Our Delhi NCR team designs the stand, prepares organiser submissions, coordinates production and logistics, and supervises build-up and dismantling for Indian brands, pavilions and international exhibitors.

Exhibition stands for Abu Dhabi shows

Abu Dhabi's exhibition calendar leans towards energy, defence, government and large-scale industry. ADNEC, the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, hosts ADIPEC, one of the world's largest oil, gas and energy gatherings, and IDEX, the international defence exhibition. Visitors at these shows are often senior decision-makers and official delegations, so stands usually need private meeting rooms, hospitality areas and a more formal, corporate finish than a typical consumer show.

Planning considerations for Indian exhibitors

Security and accreditation can be stricter at government-linked and defence events, and details of on-site personnel and vehicles may be requested well ahead of build-up. Stand drawings, structural calculations for larger builds and material specifications are normally reviewed by the organiser before approval. Heavy exhibits such as equipment, valves or vehicles need floor-loading checks and coordinated delivery slots, and outdoor display plots bring their own heat and handling considerations.

Many Indian participants at Abu Dhabi shows are public-sector undertakings, engineering firms and industry associations, where budgets and approvals pass through several internal stages. Starting early leaves time for those sign-offs without squeezing the organiser's deadlines. It also leaves room to plan hospitality, catering and visitor management, which often matter as much as the stand itself at these shows.

Our role

Management Touch handles the brief, layout and 3D concept from our Delhi NCR studio, then prepares the technical submissions required by the organiser and venue. We plan production and shipping backwards from the build-up date, coordinate logistics and send our team to supervise build-up and dismantling, checking finishes, graphics, AV and furniture against the approved design.

FAQs

Working with us in Abu Dhabi

What lead time do you suggest for an ADNEC exhibition?

As a guide, start 10–12 weeks before the show, and earlier if your organisation needs several internal approvals. Large energy and defence events at ADNEC have firm submission and accreditation deadlines, so having the design agreed early keeps the rest of the schedule comfortable for production, shipping and on-site preparation.

Are there special approval or security rules at Abu Dhabi shows?

Often, yes. Beyond normal stand-design approval, government-linked and defence events can require personnel and vehicle accreditation before build-up. Larger structures may need structural calculations, and hanging elements need rigging approval. We read the exhibitor manual with you and prepare the stand-related submissions so nothing is missed.

Can you deliver an India pavilion at an Abu Dhabi show?

Yes, we design and manage country and state pavilions as well as individual stands. For a pavilion we plan a common identity, individual exhibitor booths, shared meeting and hospitality areas, and the organiser submissions for the whole space, then supervise build-up and dismantling. Scope and inclusions are agreed in a written proposal.
