Exhibition stands for Dubai trade shows
Dubai is the Gulf's busiest exhibition city and, for many Indian companies, the first international show they take part in. Dubai World Trade Centre hosts headline events such as GITEX Global for technology, Gulfood for food and beverage, and the healthcare exhibition long known as Arab Health. Halls are large, footfall is heavy and buyers arrive from across the Middle East, Africa and South Asia, so a stand has to work hard to stand out in crowded aisles.
What Indian exhibitors should plan for
- Early design submission: organisers and the venue review drawings, structural details and materials before build-up is permitted, and late submissions may attract penalties.
- Contractor registration: stand contractors working on site generally need to be registered or approved under the venue's rules.
- Rigging and height limits: hanging signs and taller structures need separate approval, and limits vary from hall to hall.
- Short build-up windows: large shows run tight schedules, so everything should be planned and checked before the team arrives.
- Fire and safety rules: fire-retardant materials and electrical compliance are checked during build-up.
How Management Touch helps
Our Delhi NCR team develops the stand concept and 3D visuals, prepares the drawings and documents the organiser asks for, and plans production and logistics around the show calendar. During build-up and dismantling we supervise on site so the stand matches the approved design and handover happens on time. You deal with one team that understands both your brand brief and the Dubai venue requirements.
We offer custom exhibition stands in Dubai, modular systems that can be reused across a Gulf show season, shell-scheme upgrades and double-decker stands where the organiser allows a second level. Export councils and state governments planning a national presence can ask about country and state pavilions. For production planning, see our exhibition stall fabrication page.

FAQs
Working with us in Dubai
How early should we start planning a stand for a Dubai show?
We recommend starting 10–12 weeks before the show as general guidance. That leaves time for design approval, organiser submissions, production and shipping. For the busiest Dubai World Trade Centre events, or for double-decker and large custom stands, starting even earlier helps because organiser deadlines and build-up slots are fixed well in advance.
Do Dubai organisers need to approve our stand design?
Yes, organisers and venues in Dubai normally review stand drawings before build-up is allowed. Submissions usually cover layout, elevations, structural details, materials, electrical plans and any rigging. Stand contractors may also need to be registered with the venue. Management Touch prepares these documents and follows up on any comments from the organiser.
What is included when Management Touch handles a Dubai stand?
Our scope typically covers the stand concept and 3D visuals, technical drawings, organiser and venue submissions, production planning, logistics coordination and on-site supervision during build-up and dismantling. Graphics, AV, furniture and lighting can be included as needed. We confirm the exact scope in a written proposal before work begins.
